Low Carb Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
3/4 Cup Carbolose low carb flour (available at Netriton.com)
1/4 Cup SportProtein egg white powder
2 Tbsp Stevia extract
Baking powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup vanilla almond milk (30 calorie version)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
In a large bowl, mix flour, Stevia, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the middle and pour in milk, eggs and oil. Mix until smooth
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Note: Carbolose flour is high in fiber and protein but cooks like standard white flour products. To add additional protein, substitute additional Spoteprotein egg white powder for the flour content.
