Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup ice
1/2 cup water or unflabored milk of choice
6 tbsp. Sportprotein egg white powder
1 Tbps Splenda (if desired)
Add all ingredients to a blender of choice. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds and on medium to high speed for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
