How are SportProtein products made?

Egg whites are prepared from fresh, domestic cage free chicken eggs under continuous USDA inspection. The eggs are washed, sanitized and inspected before being opened by machine. Egg whites are then separated from the yolk, inspected and filtered. Egg whites are then spray dried, packaged, and then finally pasteurized to meet USDA requirements found in 9 CFR 590.575. The Finished product is tested and must be within specifications prior to release to the consumer.

Does SportProtein ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the continental US.

Where can I find tracking information on my order?

Your order tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address that you recorded on your order. If you do not see your e-mail notice with your sportprotein.com tracking information from UPS.com, please check your spam/junk folder. In most cases, if the e-mail service blocked the e-mail, it is in the junk folder. Customers who maintain yahoo, gmail, and hotmail e-mail addresses have reported this issue to us when looking for our shipping communication e-mails. Can I get a refund if I return my order?

Because Dried Egg Whites are a food product, once a container is shipped, no refunds can be made. However product orders placed in error can be refunded if immediate action is taken to notify SportProtein.com of a mistaken order.
