Ryan's Mega-Chocolate Protein Shake

 
 
 

6 Tablespoons Dried Egg Whites

2 cups non-fat milk

1 1/2 tablespoons Hershey's non-fat Chocolate Syrup

5-10 medium ice cubes

Blend until mixture is completely liquefied. If added flavor is needed, add 1/2 cup milk and chocolate syrup. The taste should be similar to a chocolate shake. This shake will give you an ample amount of protein, and should be taken immediately after your workout to help recovery and maximize protein synthesis for muscle development.
